We are seeking an experienced GP or Rural Generalist to join our team as the Clinical Director of Primary Care. This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership and oversight to our primary care services, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our patients in rural and remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our primary care teams
- Develop and implement evidence-based solutions to meet the healthcare needs of our communities
- Collaborate with other clinical and operational leads to ensure effective and safe care
- Oversee the development of training and supervision programs for GP registrars
- Extensive experience in primary care, with a deep understanding of best practices and clinical protocols
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and manage diverse teams
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders
