Telcos are transforming the way Australians live, work and communicate. As a Product Visionary, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customer platforms to meet evolving needs.

About the Role

Reporting into the Senior Product Lead, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap. Your expertise will help drive cross-functional delivery teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Scope and shape platform initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Analyse complex problems and present findings to key decision-makers.
  • Stay on top of business milestones and initiatives impacting KPIs.
  • Prioritise projects based on customer value and business impact.
  • Partner with Service Designers to ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Use data analytics tools to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in analyst or product ownership roles in fast-paced service industries.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills across large teams.
  • Able to balance priorities in complex environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience working with customer behaviour data and driving data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead cross-functional teams.
