Job Description:

This role involves providing medical assessments and support via phone to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), AINs, Paramedics, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or other degree-qualified health professionals with AHPRA registration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, customer focus, and ability to work night shifts, weekends, and flexible hours.
