The Director, Sourcing Construction will lead the development and delivery of tactical plans and initiatives for construction sourcing and contract advisory services.
This role will drive the delivery of reliable, efficient, and customer-focused procurement services and shape the Department's constructions procurement strategy, champion best practice processes, and ensure resources are aligned to deliver high-impact outstanding outcomes for schools, communities, and stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills to inspire and provide oversight of teams of highly skilled staff in procurement,
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and ensuring quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
