About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing high-precision instruments, as well as performing routine maintenance, service, and calibrations of weighing equipment and analytical instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure high-precision instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance, service, and calibrations of weighing equipment and analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately and efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers in various industries to ensure they are getting the most out of our instruments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our customers are always ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure our customers can rely on us for regular calibration, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Integrate instruments and their data software into our customers' IT systems to enhance their workflow.
