\Learning Coordinator Role\

This role plays a critical part in implementing and executing learning & training Delivery Services plans to support operational performance.

\
  • Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training programs for new and current employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and coordinate training events based on site needs.
  • Build trust with peers across the team and contribute to regional learning projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for onboarding and coordinate all training needs.
  • Facilitate job and compliance training, including ongoing audits and data entry.
  • Travel between local sites to provide maximum coverage.
  • Maintain and distribute data on key metrics for their delivery station/region.
  • Monitor adherence to standard work and quality, coaching associates accordingly.
  • Ensure area readiness and organization for all Learning Experience areas.
  • Escalate barriers to the Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point.
\Key Requirements\
  • Experience in warehouse operations and planning is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance metrics and process improvement is required.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and maintaining training documentation is necessary.
  • Ability to travel between sites as required is mandatory.
\Desirable Skills\
  • Experience in operational training within logistics or service industries is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating training programs is beneficial.
  • Experience in data analysis is preferred.
