Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team in various roles across the farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure, working in a team to identify requirements for improving current infrastructure, developing repair, maintenance and construction plans and ensuring completion of work from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks on farm equipment and infrastructure
  • Performing repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Working with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Developing and implementing repair, maintenance and construction plans

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a wider team, and have experience in general labouring and relevant trade certifications (e.g. welding, boilermaking and carpentry). High Risk Working from Heights tickets are preferred but not essential.
