**Job Title:** Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery department. As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring that it is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
