Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, visual merchandising, and stock management standards at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
