Overview

ZSG Restaurant Manager position located in Wollongong. Full time role with training and support to achieve 'The Zeus Way' in all aspects of the daily role. Passion for food and fast-paced restaurant environment is important.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Manage key performance indicators including financials and rostering
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
  • Deliver ZSG food quality and safety standards
Skills & Experience
  • Highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on
  • Passion for food and executing restaurant operations
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
