About Your New Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Technician to join our Equipment Service Team.

Reporting to the Regional North Field Service Manager, your role will be to respond to, and repair breakdowns of our beverage equipment located at client sites.

This may include Glass Door Coolers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment, and various coffee machines.

You will be required to travel extensively, with up to 3 weeks of away work per year.

Your base will be in Newcastle, but you may also be required to work in the Central Coast, Port Macquarie area, and Hunter Valley.

  • Providing timely and accurate equipment service to clients
  • Adhering to standard processes and accurate data entry

Maintaining Technical Skills:

  • Actively participating in maintaining and developing technical skills

Safety First:

  • Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our clients, and our consumers safe at all times

Quality Product Assurance:

  • Maintaining a quality product through preventative maintenance and quality assurance activities

Project Ownership:

  • Displaying ownership over allocated projects when/as required

  • Electrical or Refrigeration Trade qualifications (Flexible)
