About the Role

We seek suitably qualified teachers with a passion for supporting students to achieve academic and holistic success. This full-time role involves working with children in our secondary school team.

English and HASS experience is desirable but a generalist is also advantageous.

The applicant should have a passion for coming alongside students so that they are well known, well loved, and well taught.

  • Displaying capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Demonstrating excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Receiving feedback on teaching and implementing changes.
  • Effectively planning for, collecting and analysing educational data, then devising appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes.
  • Being an active Christian and having suitable tertiary qualifications and TRBWA accreditation (or being eligible).
