Job Title: Multifaceted Venue Leader

About the Role:

The Multifaceted Venue Leader will be responsible for driving the successful operation and overall success of the venue. This includes leading the team, overseeing various product offerings, and fostering strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large team to continued success
  • Oversee various product offerings, including accommodation, TAB, Bottleshop, food and beverage, and a thriving functions/event space
  • Foster strong community relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in a regional setting
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry, with proven experience in pub/tavern accommodation
  • Strong Business acumen, proven analytical and financial knowledge
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a large team
  • Driver's License
  • Approved Managers Certificate
