Job Title: Ministerial Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Minister.

About the Role:

  • Serve as primary pastor of our Evening Church congregation.
  • Contribute to the preaching team.
  • Lead youth and young adult teams and ministries.
  • Oversee children's and family ministry teams and programs.
  • Train, develop, and mentor current and future ministry leaders.
  • Collaborate with the whole parish team.
  • Coordinate a key portfolio such as small groups or community outreach.

Requirements:

  • A personal and growing faith in Jesus Christ.
  • Theologically trained (BTh or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in initiating ministry and leading teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ordained Anglican clergy preferred or openness to exploring ordination.
  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check and Diocesan Safe Ministry Clearance.
