  • We're looking for someone who can set up robust error handling, logging, and monitoring within automated workflows to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
  • A key aspect of this role is helping monitor and define clear governance policies for creating and managing flows, ensuring that automated workflows adhere to security best practices, including role-based access and data security.
  • The successful candidate will provide training and documentation to upskill Power Automate Champions/Citizen Developers to leverage M365 platform capabilities.
  • This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage and maintain the architecture and site structure for SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Focusing on training and adoption strategies to ensure employees understand how to make the best use of SharePoint Online, Teams, etc. for file sharing, collaboration, and knowledge management is essential.
  • Assisting in driving and implementing a Competency Centre for Modern Workplace to improve digital dexterity across all areas of the business is a crucial responsibility.
  • Maintaining our Intranet and Partner Portal, both built in SharePoint Online, is also an important aspect of this role.
