Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality support to clients. As a key member of our Home Care service program, you will play a vital role in helping clients live independently and empowered within their own homes and communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with personal care support including showering, toileting, and feeding assistance
  • Providing companionship for clients through social support and leisure activities
  • Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social events

You will work closely with clients and their families to build strong and effective relationships, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12 months experience working in Aged Care in a care role, including personal care
  • A relevant Aged Care qualification, such as Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Flexibility to work rosters between Monday and Friday
  • A current Australian Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle
