About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide flexible and responsive support to promote choice, self-determination, and independence for our clients in community and in-home settings.

Duties
  • Providing assistance with personal care tasks
  • SUPPORTING clients with household activities, including meal preparation
  • Manual handling and medication supervision
  • Offering social support, including interaction and transporting

About You

We are looking for team members with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and help people. Required qualifications include:

  • Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Minimum 6 months paid experience
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with our clients
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
