Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to lead our site's maintenance team in Western Australia.

This role involves effectively managing site repairs and maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance standards are upheld, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing on-site systems for accurate records and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance team across the site
  • Manage site repairs and maintenance efficiently

Required Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree or relevant trade qualification (electrical or mechanical)
  • Multiple years of experience leading trade-qualified teams
  • Experience managing preventative and reactive maintenance in manufacturing environments
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Clear communication and empowerment of the team
  • SAP system experience is advantageous
