About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading global provider of information management services, is seeking a skilled Document Preparation Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient preparation and scanning of documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Remove staples, sort and categorize documents, and remove physical breaks to ensure documents are ready for scanning.
- Validation of Records: Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Document Scanning: Operate high-volume document scanners to capture and digitize documents efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry and other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems to perform tasks efficiently.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in document preparation and scanning.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
