Education Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Education Facilitator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role will work in partnership with the Director of Nursing, Department Managers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver identified programs and education as specified in the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards (NSQHS).

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of ACORN standards and current legislation, as well as demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Student Placement bookings
  • Oversee the running of the Graduate Nurse Program
  • Assist in the coordination, delivery, and facilitation of education programs delivered across the site
  • Monitor compliance with all mandatory training and competency requirements
  • Facilitate competency programs
Essential Criteria:
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Registered Nurse qualifications
  • Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) (or working towards)
  • Thorough knowledge of ACORN standards and current legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
