About the Role

As a shop volunteer, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of rescuing clothing from landfills and supporting vulnerable people across Australia through fundraising.

In this 4-hour shift, you'll:

  • Welcome and engage customers, creating a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
  • Process transactions using point of sale systems, ensuring smooth customer service.
  • Sort and price donations, helping to generate funds for our charity work.
  • Create vibrant displays to attract shoppers, showcasing our high-quality new and pre-loved items.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness, ensuring our stores are tidy and well-organized.
  • Follow all shop processes, upholding our commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A friendly and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.

  • Commitment to your nominated shift, ensuring our stores are always staffed and ready to serve.

Must be at least 15 years old (16 in QLD), with a National Police check required (paid by us).
