About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing future business processes.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to document current payroll processes, create new business maps, and gain an in-depth understanding of our payroll platform.

This 6-month project involves collaborating with key teams to develop training materials, delivering engaging sessions, and providing clear documentation using process mapping tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map and document current payroll processes.
  • Create new business processes that align with our payroll system.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our payroll platform.
  • Develop detailed training materials for both business processes and work with vendors to create training content.
  • Deliver effective training sessions on new payroll processes and system functionalities.
  • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Provide structured business process documentation using Visio or similar tools.
  • Be adaptable and sensitive to change, guiding stakeholders through the transition process.
  • Build strong working relationships and establish trust with stakeholders.
About You:
  • Proven experience in payroll system implementation is essential.
  • Strong ability to map business processes and document requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
  • Natural trainer and confident presenter, able to educate users at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, capturing and documenting unstructured business knowledge.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and skilled at managing change in a business transformation setting.
