About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless.
  • Maintain high presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and store cleanliness.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately on our point-of-sale system.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by showcasing products and styling advice.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop your skills in styling, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Contribute to the success of our team by providing excellent support and assistance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
  • Can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Is available to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays, including November 2025 January 2026.

Please note that full availability is essential for this role. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
