Nursing Professional

As a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home. Your individualized approach will focus on promoting the dignity, life, and spirituality of older people.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures
- Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures
- A current Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification recognized by AHPRA
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
