Financial Management Professional Wanted

We are looking for an accomplished Financial Management expert to oversee and improve our Accounts Payable operations in Perth.

The ideal candidate will lead the Accounts Payable team through strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and direct the Accounts Payable team.
  2. Maintain high service standards and foster a culture of excellent customer service within the Accounts Payable department.
  3. Oversee Converga, our automated Accounts Payable system.
  4. Manage corporate expense systems, including SAP Concur and Appzen.
  5. Ensure accurate supplier data management, including onboarding, variations, terminations, rebates, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Accounting or a related field.
  • A proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
