About the Role:- Developing and executing a comprehensive test automation strategy covering functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver reliable, high-performing software.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and leading the way in testing excellence through cutting-edge automation practices.
- Analyzing business requirements and designing corresponding test strategies.
- Designing and developing comprehensive test cases using standardized templates.
- Executing test cases to validate software functionality and business rules.
- Automating testing for both API and UI components.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using .NET, C#, Playwright, and other automation tools.
- Applying BDD/TDD methodologies to test complex systems.
- Utilizing Docker to manage containerized test environments.
- Setting up API mocking using WireMock or similar tools.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo.
- Applying AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) in testing scenarios.
- Testing distributed, microservices-based architectures.
- Designing and maintaining performance test scripts using LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Championing innovative test automation techniques and ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Domain knowledge in financial services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in C#, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Experience in API and UI test automation using open-source tools.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong SQL query design skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Zephyr Scale.
