Job Description

A successful Portfolio Manager in our Asset Services team will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and management of a portfolio of clients. They will have ultimate ownership of their clients' satisfaction with our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients to understand their operating and business models.
  • Take full accountability for service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the key contact and escalation point for service delivery issues.
  • Drive resolution and management of client queries, delivery issues, and tracking of progress.
  • Manage change processes and projects, including automation efforts.
  • Lead meetings with clients to build relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage billing accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Detailed understanding of global custody, fund accounting, and administration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a team.
