Job Title: Café Manager

The role of a café manager involves leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen management principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hold a Blue Card or be able to obtain one
