We are a high-performing team working for purpose, positively impacting communities and the environment. Our mission is to increase recycling rates, reduce drink container litter, and empower community participation in an accredited circular economy.

We power one of Australia's largest recycling programs: Containers for Change. As an organisation, we are in our fourth year of successful operation, having grown rapidly in revenue and people.

The business is undergoing significant growth through existing recycling schemes and expansion into new states. We believe there is a better way to recycle that positively impacts individuals, communities, and the environment.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for conducting online research on Container Deposit Schemes globally. Share your analysis with your manager to agree the main argument of your report. Your task is to synthesise findings in a well-written report.

You will provide research, writing, and editing support in other areas of the business and administrative support as needed. Other relevant tasks may be assigned by your manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills and strong analytical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate with various colleagues while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to listen and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Graduates with experience in research and report writing.
