Job Title: Specialist Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology Professional
This role is responsible for providing expert advice and support to facilitate the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation and assistive technology services.
- Provide expert strategic and operational guidance to management teams in relation to rehabilitation and assistive technology.
- Assess participant needs in relation to rehabilitation and assistive technology and provide expert internal advice, guidance, and options to maximise participant outcomes.
- Monitor participants' rehabilitation and assistive technology in collaboration with stakeholders to facilitate high-quality services and participant independence.
- Lead team members in decision-making by providing expert technical guidance, coaching, and peer supervision.
- Liaise with providers about the Scheme and its requirements.
About You:
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice rehabilitation and assistive technology relevant to participant needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-management skills with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in coaching, training, and building capability in stakeholders.
- A proven track record in providing expert advice related to rehabilitation and assistive technology.
- Demonstrated organisational and project management skills displaying a collaborative approach.
