Our speech therapy team is growing and we are seeking an experienced clinician to join us. You will become a valued member of our national team, providing clinical services to clients aged 0-65 across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services. We cater for clients with various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

You will work closely with your clients, forming strong bonds as you support their personal growth and development. Your expertise in communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments, mealtime management plan development and reviews, augmentative and alternative communication assessments and ongoing therapy will make a significant difference in their lives.

You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and offices. Learning and Development

We value the clinical and professional development of our staff. Our dedicated Speech Pathology Learning and Development Managers possess extensive experience and qualifications, making them an invaluable resource for you. They will be available to provide guidance on complex cases, in addition to regular training sessions and one-on-one mentoring.

Graduate Programs

For new graduates or those within their first 12 months of experience, we offer a six-month tailored program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring and graduate-specific training, allowing you to network with other professionals and gain valuable industry insights.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the relevant professional association
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance and Working With Vulnerable People Check
