Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our clinical team. As a clinician, you will provide healthcare services to participants aged 0-65 in our disability division.

You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.

The type of assessments and interventions you will provide include:

  • Communication Assessments
  • Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
  • Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews
  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and clinic offices.

You will have access to administrative support, high-quality and validated therapy assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation as well as career progression.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • A valid practising certificate in your home state
  • Experience working with children and adults with communication disorders
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
