Wellbeing Psychosocial Risk Specialist Lead

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable professional to lead our psychosocial risk initiatives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert in wellbeing, psychology, psychological injury management, and recovery, as well as psychosocial risk prevention.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on psychological injury claims and recovery pathways.
- Support the Injury Care Team in managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Develop, implement, and embed continuous improvement initiatives across wellbeing and psychosocial programs.
- Contribute specialist expertise to projects and organisational initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to influence positive cultural and behavioural outcomes.
You are recognised as a subject matter expert in psychosocial safety and wellbeing frameworks. With tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health, or a related discipline, you bring extensive experience in injury management, psychological safety, and wellbeing program design.
You thrive in dynamic, agile environments and are skilled at engaging, influencing, and supporting stakeholders at all levels.
