Regional Sales Manager Position Summary:

The Regional Sales and Operations Leader oversees sales and clinic operations for our 8 retail hearing clinics in Perth South Region. They work closely with senior management to drive a high-performing team and sales culture among clinicians and co-ordinators.

Talent development and performance management are key priorities, as is fostering a culture of sales excellence and accountability that drives revenue growth and instills pride among team members.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our core values and culture, excellent sales leadership, and proven experience in leading, motivating, and coaching a team to achieve high-performance results.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management
  • Proven leadership experience with direct involvement in motivating teams to deliver on key sales objectives
  • Demonstrated skills in analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, prioritisation, and proactive decision making
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally as part of a team
  • Retail, Insurance, or Health Care background
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel
