At KU Children's Services, we're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Teacher.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a vital role in providing education and care for children, emphasizing building relationships and creating an inclusive environment where children belong, play, discover, and learn.

  • 34.75 hours paid per week, including paid break time
  • Mondays and Wednesdays for the 4-year-old group from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays for the 3-year-old group from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Fridays from 9:45 am to 4:30 pm (non-contact day)

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our passionate team to provide high-quality education and care for children. We prioritize children's safety and wellbeing in all practices and maintain a child-safe culture across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An ACCEQA-recognized Degree in Early Childhood
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • VIT Registration
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010), the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
