Education Director Role

The Education Director position at our esteemed organization is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about leading educational innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will collaborate with educators to enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will foster a deep understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously improve educational practices.
  • Lead change initiatives in education, promoting excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Educational leadership experience, or extensive experience in an ECT or Room Leader capacity.
