About This Role:
As a Mental Health Education Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of training programs to address workplace mental health and wellbeing concerns.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to design education initiatives and provide leadership to training facilitators across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a passion for workplace health and safety, and can make a positive impact on complex workforces.
They possess expert knowledge of psychological health improvement strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as human resource trends.
A wealth of experience in developing and delivering training, conveying complex information to diverse audiences, and providing clinical training or professional development to allied health professionals is essential.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering quality operational outcomes, working with multi-disciplined teams, and demonstrating cultural competence.
Qualifications include registration as a Psychologist with the relevant governing body or Membership of the relevant professional association.
Desirable qualifications include approved supervisor status, specialist endorsement in an organisational, clinical, or forensic field, and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
This role requires minimum three years post-registration experience and a current driver's licence.
