We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to join our Renal and Haemodialysis team at the Broken Hill Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care to our renal dialysis patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complex care to patients with renal disease, working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans, utilising evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to the development of the team and the service, through participation in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of the specified post-graduate qualification.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and ability to exercise autonomous decision making in providing complex care.
- Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
