We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of merchandising strategies across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with grocery personnel to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Create and maintain high-quality planograms in stores, ensuring optimal product presentation and customer engagement.
  • Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance across all locations, adhering to established standards and regulations.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone, providing valuable insights for future decision-making.
  • Adhere to our organizational standards and ways of working, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Demonstrate experience in a grocery or retail environment, preferably with a focus on merchandising and store operations.
  • Exhibit strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Working Hours
  • Average 10 hours per week, up to 15 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
  • Hours may vary depending on location and operational requirements, with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday being essential days.
