About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Prototyping Engineer to join our KPMG Futures team. As a key member of our AI Labs team, you will play a critical role in bringing next-generation AI solutions to life through the development of prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop prototypes and POCs in next-gen AI to identify potential new business opportunities for the firm and our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the application of next-gen AI, including identifying emerging AI capabilities and assessing their value and limitations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders within the firm and clients to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build credibility in future tech by engaging with tech and research industry partners and establishing relationships that support development and enhance the firm's positioning.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working within next-gen AI as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or Software Developer.
  • Experience designing, creating, and orchestrating end-to-end data pipelines on a cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Java, and C++, with the ability to leverage SDKs and APIs to bring the best of tech together.
  • Comfortable working with various development environments, including cloud platforms and third-party tech start-ups.
  • Ability to develop prototypes, pilots, and proof of concepts (POCs).
