Project Manager Role

The opportunity to shape and lead the delivery of a division's projects has arisen.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of projects across the Division, primarily focusing on information technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and deliver projects and programs of work across the Division, in accordance with relevant project lifecycle and frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the lifecycle, and deliverables are met.
  • Embed a culture of collaboration in alignment with Divisional objectives and build and lead a team of high performing, agile project professionals, well able to operate successfully in a matrix structure.
About You
  • You are an inspiring leader with extensive experience in project delivery and project controls, having a proven record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Successful leadership of teams through change, fostering collaboration and driving strategic outcomes is demonstrated by your experience.
  • A delivery focus with the ability to take accountability is required.
  • Strong experience in project cost, scheduling, resourcing and risk is essential.
  • Experience as an influencer and thought leader in delivering advice within an organisation is necessary.
  • Ability to understand the balance of addressing customer requirements while adhering to regulatory, policy, government and operational conditions.
  • Capacity to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and types of audiences.
  • Experience in building, developing and leading high performing technical teams is required.
