Project Lead Opportunity

This role is accountable for delivering projects and programs of work across the division, focusing on information technology projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, managing, and delivering projects and programs of work in accordance with project lifecycle and frameworks.
  • Managing project scopes, business cases, project submissions, communications, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Building and leading high-performing project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Embedding a culture of collaboration and driving strategic outcomes through effective stakeholder management.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in project delivery and project controls.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully leading teams through change and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong expertise in project cost, scheduling, resourcing, and risk management.
  • The ability to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and types of audiences.
