About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RHEL Engineer to join our team in Canberra. As an RHEL Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying new versions of the RHEL operating system, as well as building and maintaining system images and integrating with VMware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Development: Develop and operate an integrated RHEL server platform including RHEL IdM and Satellite.
  • Operating System Deployment: Design, test, and deploy new versions of the RHEL operating system.
  • System Imaging: Build and maintain system images.
  • Integration and Support: Integrate and support management and security software and configurations, provide server automation, and integrate with MFA solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of RHEL and its ecosystem.
  • Experience with RHEL IdM and Satellite.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
