Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap assessments against DORA requirements and develop remediation plans
  • Design and implement ICT risk management frameworks and controls
  • Lead or support resilience testing, incident response planning, and recovery strategies (BCP/DR)
  • Develop and implement third-party risk governance aligned with DORA
  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, IT security, and vendor management teams
  • Deliver training sessions, stakeholder workshops, and compliance reporting
  • Utilize GRC tools to manage risk registers, controls mapping, and compliance metrics

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of DORA and ICT risk frameworks
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, operational resilience, or business continuity
  • Familiarity with European regulatory bodies (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA)
  • Proficiency in GRC platforms and risk management tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
