Job Description

Ginger & Smart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant in our Elizabeth store. This role will involve taking customers on a brand journey, sharing product knowledge, styling customers in our latest collections, and being in the loop with current fashion trends.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving individual and store targets. You will work closely with your manager to achieve KPI goals and share overall brand awareness through exceptional customer service.
