Lead Team Member

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the team to achieve service excellence through consistent, high-quality work and effective staff management.

  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to and promoting safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Work independently and coordinate tasks with others using a positive approach that fosters collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and casual staff, providing support and overseeing workforce planning and workflow to maximise productivity.
  • Guide the team to meet service expectations by delivering consistent, high-quality work and managing staff performance.
  • Report safety concerns in our compliance systems and participate in or assist with OHS investigations and audits.
  • Promote clear communication, accurate records, and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and lead meetings to ensure effective communication across the site.
  • Identify and escalate behavioural, safety or policy-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to Safety and Quality, excellent people skills, strong communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Additionally, they should have a working knowledge of our warehouse operation and basic computer literacy.

This is a permanent, full-time position on an afternoon shift, rotating across various areas of the Distribution Centre as required.
