Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist – Allied Health Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist individuals in achieving their employment aspirations and facilitating their return to sustainable work. This role offers the flexibility to manage your schedule, including the option for a compressed 9-day fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to support clients in returning to meaningful employment.
- Assess the rehabilitation requirements of individuals who have experienced work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Guide clients in exploring future employment or training opportunities.
- Conduct evaluations in your clinical specialty, including functional capacity assessments and ergonomic evaluations.
- Oversee effective case management to coordinate and monitor client progress towards their return-to-work objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster successful partnerships.

Qualifications Required:
