Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Alice Springs, NT. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in conducting initial assessments, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Coordinate and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Prepare detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
- At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation consulting role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
