We are currently seeking a team member to take on the role of Dog Care Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work with dogs in a fun and controlled environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

  • Administrative tasks will include checking dogs in and out, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supervising dog groups and ensuring safe interactions is crucial.
  • Daily photo and video documentation of our activities will be shared across social media platforms.
  • Maintaining a clean facility is essential for the well-being of our canine friends.

About you:

  • You must possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are paramount.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is vital.
  • A basic understanding of canine body language is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with dog handling is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for dogs and an interest in canine behavior would be highly desirable.
  • While not essential, holding a Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training could be advantageous.
