Gaming Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Manager to lead our Gaming room team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and results.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code, promoting a culture of responsible gaming.

Requirements:

  • Proven gaming experience within a Venue, with a strong understanding of gaming operations and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build a positive and productive team culture.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a desire to be part of a fun, productive, and professional team.
